Program Summary

The Hole-In-One policy insures the sponsor for the costs incurred when providing an award to the first participant who makes a hole-in-one on a covered hole in a covered tournament.

Coverage Options

Coverage A provides the face amount of the policy. Additional limits are provided when you choose an option that provides coverages "B and C". Coverage B provides an additional 10% of the face amount to the winner’s favorite charity. Coverage C provides an additional 5% to the next closet to the hole after the hole-in-one.

“Covered Hole” means the hole or holes shown in the declaration

“Hole-In-One” means a hole made in one stroke on the first stroke from the tee. “Hole-In-One” does not include a hole made with a mulligan or any type of extra stroke.

Minimum Length Requirements

Minimum yardage for a covered hole is 175 yards for professional men and women.

 
Minimum yardage for a covered hole is 125 yards for amateur men and women.

 

Each participant can have no more than one shot per insured round during a covered tournament.

The agent of record and the applicant are eligible to participate in the tournament. They are also eligible to win the prize.

Changes & Event Cancellation

Changes

Changes can be made to the policy prior to the covered tournament if we are notified at least the day prior to the event.
 

If the tournament is rained-out or postponed, notify the Fireman’s Fund office by fax as soon as possible. The rescheduled date of the Covered Tournament must not be more than ninety (90) days from the original expiration date of the policy. The date will be changed on the binder or policy.

 

Event Cancellation

If the covered tournament is cancelled, the policy can be terminated with a full refund if Fireman’s Fund is notified in writing prior to the policy inception date.
